Our all the services are valid for 30 days. For customer satisfaction we offer refund within 30 days of your order after that there is no refund.

We offer refund after deduction of the number of days of usage + 20% of administrative charges.

For an example you ordered for dedicated SMTP server for $49.99 and after 10 days of usage you want refund. The refund calculation will be $49.99 – 20% = $9.98 administrative charges and $16.66 for 10 days of usage. So refund amount will be $23.34.
